CCH National and Local Coverage Determinations Enhancement

The National and Local Coverage Determinations search functionality in the Medicare and Medicaid Guide and CCH Coding Comply will be seamlessly referred over to a new Local Coverage Determinations (LCDs) search engine. Benefits of this change include:

With the new interface you can immediately search across LCDs and National Coverage Determinations (NCDs); or you can narrow their search by clicking on the individual links and tabs for Intermediaries, Carriers, or MACs.
The "Tailor Your Page" functionally allows you choose which Intermediaries, Carriers and/or MACs you want to search across, helping to eliminate unwanted search results by including only user defined selections.

Additionally, with this new search engine we will be updating the LCDs on a daily basis giving you timely and accurate information. By switching to this enhanced search engine you will lose the ability to search within the LCD publication and others related documents (ex. Federal Register Issuances on the IRN), but beta test customers have reported the improved results and timely data have been a big Win!
